Adiantes and SALIS Partner to Give Premium Materials New Purpose
TN
Ethical production meets fibre innovation in a new co-creation partnership.
Adiantes has partnered with SALIS to launch an innovation partnership dedicated to giving new life to retired leather and textiles from often-overlooked sources, such as aviation. The collaboration brings together Adiantes’ expertise in ethical manufacturing and design with SALIS’ technical innovation in material recovery - marking a new step in sustainable product development.

Giving Retired Materials a Second Life
SALIS is a new textile brand powered by Nandina REM, a Singapore-founded company that pioneers material recovery and remanufacturing for advanced industries. Its proprietary Rapid Production™ process transforms retired complex assets into traceable, high-performance materials - providing secure, low-emission supply for sectors such as aerospace and energy.
Instead of sourcing new materials, this partnership focuses on recovering existing ones - leathers, fabrics, and other high-performance textiles that were originally engineered for durability and resilience. Through SALIS’ fibre-to-fibre innovation and Adiantes’ ethical production expertise, these materials are reprocessed and crafted into timeless lifestyle products, from travel accessories to small leather and fabric goods.
The collaboration is part of a broader shift toward rethinking how valuable textiles are treated at end-of-use. With certified processes and global traceability standards in place, SALIS and Adiantes are helping reshape supply chains toward more responsible and transparent production.

Rapid Production and Future Expansion
This breakthrough innovation is already underway, with the first production batch scheduled for completion in late Q4 2025. The materials are being meticulously processed and handcrafted at Adiantes’ own production facilities in Thailand, known for their transparent, ethical, and high-quality manufacturing practices.
Building on the success of this first phase, Adiantes and SALIS will co-develop a dedicated capsule collection in early 2026. This new range will highlight how circular design and responsible sourcing can redefine the way industries think about waste and material value.
Driving Sustainability Through Collaboration
For Adiantes, this partnership reinforces its long-standing mission to combine craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability. By integrating recovered materials into production, Adiantes not only supports global ESG goals but also helps clients access eco-conscious product solutions for corporate gifting, retail collections, and special projects.
For SALIS, this marks a new way of making its reprocessed textiles more accessible to designers and businesses - through ingredient branding and flexible development models tailored to creative partnerships.
Working with SALIS allows us to demonstrate how creative manufacturing and sustainability can coexist. It’s about turning what was once considered waste into meaningful, functional products,
said Tintin Nilsson, Head of Business Development, Compliance, & Business Improvement for Adiantes.
“With SALIS, we see the lifespan of materials is a continuous cycle,” said Karina Cady, CEO and Co-Founder of Nandina REM. “Our collaboration with Adiantes demonstrates the strength of such circular innovation and shared purpose in reimagining how textiles are designed, produced, and reintroduced into modern supply chains.”
